Document images are stored locally on your device in SmartUmrah's private storage unless future cloud backup features are introduced.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

SmartUmrah does not intentionally collect:

  • Government-issued identity documents beyond what you voluntarily store in your Travel Wallet

  • Personal messages outside SmartUmrah

Travel document images stored through the current version of SmartUmrah remain on your device unless you explicitly use future cloud backup features.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

  • Secure cloud infrastructure

AI-generated responses:

  • Should not be considered religious rulings (Fatwas).

  • Should not replace qualified scholars.

  • Should not replace official travel authorities.

Users remain responsible for verifying important information.

10. Children's Privacy

SmartUmrah is not directed toward children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we discover that such information has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:
